On this the 23rd day of May 1991, upon motion mad eby
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0 to refer the
bids for paving aggregate and asphalt Emulsion Oil to the
Kerr County Road Engineer, Franklin Johnston, and the County
Auditor, Tommy Tomlinson, for their consideration and
recommendation.
(Commissioner Oehler was out of the Courtroom during voting.)
