OIL TO KOCH MATERIALS COMPANY, PLEASANTON, TEXAS
Dn this the 3rd day of June 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to award the
bid for Asphalt Emulsion Oil to Koch Materials Company,
Pleasanton, Texas, at .5300 a gallon.
