ACCEPTANCE OF ALL THE BIDS SUBMITTED ON PAVING
AGGREGATE AND AUTHORIZATION FOR THE ROAD
ADMINISTRATOR TO USE HIS DISCRETION AS TO THE
MOST ECONOMICAL FOR THE JOB
On this the 3rd day of June 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a votes of 4-0-0 to accept all
the bids submitted on paving aggregate from all the bidders
and the Road Administrator, Leonard Odom, is to use his
discretion as to the most economical place to purchase the
gravel for each particular job.
