AGREEMENT FOR SEAL COAT CONTRACT
This agreement dated for reference this 24 day of June, 1991, between Kerr
County, Texas and the following named described Contractor:

ARTICLE 1 Statement of Work
Contractor shall furnish all material, supplies, labor, service and equipment
requa~ed for the following-described Work of Construction, alteration or repay:

ARTICLE 2 Time for completion
The work will be completed in 60 working days following execution of this
Agreement by Kerr County, such time far completion being subject to
adjustment as provided in the Contract Documents. Time is of the essence on
the performance of this Contract, and the Contract Price will be reduced by
liquidated damages for each calendar day of unexcused delay.
