SUBSTITUTE MOTION TO CANCEL THE ORDER WITH
HOLT OF SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS IF NOT DELIVERED ANU
IN KERRVILLE, TEXAS BY JUNE 24, 1991
On this the 10th day of June 1991, during the discussion
portion of Grder No. 20310 Commissioner Morgan made a
substitute motion to cancel the order far two (2) CAT Loader s•
from Holt of San Antonio, Texas if the loaders are not
delivered and in Kerrville, Texas by June 24, 1991.
Commissioner Holekamp seconded the motion. Judge Stacy
called far a vote on this motion, Order No. 20311.
Commissioner's Morgan and Holekamp voted "AYE", and
Commissioner's Oehler and Lackey voted "NAY", and the vote
was tied. Judge Stacy, after consideration cast his vote as
"AYE" for this motion, Order No. 20311, and this motion was
approved by s majority vote of 3-2-0. Commissioner Oehler
withdrew his motion on Order No. 20310, based an this action.
