APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR "TWENTY-SEVEN
RANCH" AT MOUNTAIN HOME, TEXAS
On this the 10th day of June 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 the preliminary
plat for "Twenty-Seven Ranch" at Mountain Home, Texas, at the
intersection of State Highway 27 and State Highway 41,
located in Commissioner's Precinct #4.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the
existing "KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION RULES AND REGULATIONS" that
became effective January 1st, 1984 and all current amendments
thereto.
