APPROVE RESOLUTION ON STATE PURCHASING FOR
THE APPOINTMENT OF TOMMY TOMLINSON, COUNTY AUDITOR,
AS OUR AGENT FOR STATE PURCHASING
On this the 14th day oŁ January 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 a resolution on
State Purchasing Łor the appointment oŁ Tommy Tomlinson,
County Auditor, as the counties agent for State Purchasing.

STATE OF TEXAS § TO THE STATE PURCHASING
AND GENERAL SERVICES
COUNTY OF KERB § COMMISSION
WHEREAS: The Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, pursuant to
the authority granted by Article 644-7, V.T.C.S., as amended,
desires to participate in described purchasing program of the
State Purchasing and General Services Commission, and
WHEREAS: The Commissioners'	Court is of	the opinion	that	participation
in these programs will	be highly	beneficial to	the	taxpayers of
this County, through the anticipated savings to be realized; now
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County does request
that the State Purchasing and General Services Commission to
include its stated need for 070. 225-A1. 285-A1. 395-A1.
600-A3. 600-A8. 600-A9. 640-A9. 645-A 1. 655-A1. 665-Ai
on the commission's annual contracts for those items, whereby
the Commissioners' Court may be allowed to purchase those
items from the annual contract; and that TOMMY TOMLINSON,
County Auditor, is authorized and directed to sign and deliver
all necessary requests and other documents in connection
therewith for and on behalf of Kerr County, Texas.
I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of the resolution
duly adopted by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, on the 14th day
of January, 1991, and that the same now appears of record in my office.
