BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE
216TH AND 198TH DISTRICT COURTS
On this the 23rd day of May 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissloner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a votes of 4-0-0 to transfer
889.50 from Line Item No. 10-435-206, Insurance Liability, to
Line Item Ho. 10-435-570, Capital Outlay, in the 216th
bistrict Court, and 589.50 from Line Item No. 10-436-206,
Insurance Liability, to Line Item No. 10-436-570, Capital
Outlay, in the 198th District Court.
In the future prior approval of a purchase from Capital
Outlay will be needed from Commissioners' Court if a budget
amendment will be required.
