Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court UNANIMOUSLY
APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0, to approve the settlement agreement
as negotiated by David Jackson, as the mediator appointed by the
District Court; This approval shall terminate at 9:00 A. M. on
January 3, 1992, or sooner if not accepted by the plaintiff R. C.
Sublett.
