RATIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF THE RESIGNATION
OF LISA ROOT IN THE KERR COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
On this the 23rd day of May 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a voto of 4-0-0 that the
resignation of Lisa Root as legal secretary in the Kerr
County Attorney's Offlce, be ratified and confirmed,
effective May 31, 1991. Ms. Root is to be paid for 6 days
plus 38 minutes of vacation time in additlon to her May 31,
1991 paycheck.

payroll being June 10, 1991. This will allow me to take 6 days and
38 minutes of vacation that I have accumulated.
