Dn this the 23rd day oŁ May 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to request the
County Attorney's Office to render an opinion concerning the
legality oŁ a constable accepting additional compensation for
services performed while on duty and what effect failure to
become a certified peace officer has on the office oŁ
constable.
