On this the 14th day of January 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner ktolel:amp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 that the
resignation of Dr. Harvey Kornblit as the Kerr County health
USticer be ratified and confirmed effective January 1, 1991.
