AUTHORIZATION FOR JACK BURGH, JUSTICE OF THE
PEACE, PRECINCT #5 TO IDENTIFY THE FUNDS
IN HIS POSSESSION AS TO THE SOURCE, AND ANY
FUNDS NOT TRADEABLE ARE TO BE TURNED OVER TO
THE KERR COUNTY TREASURER FOR PLACEMENT IN A SPECIAL
FUND
On this the 11th day of March 19y1, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 for Jack Burch,
Justice of the Peace, Precinct #S, to identify the funds in
his possession as to the source of payment and any funds
which he is unable to identify are to be turned over to the
County Treasurer for deposit in a special fund pending future
identification.
