On this the 23rd day of September 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vot• of 4-0-0, to approve
J.P. Prect #1- PATRTCIA E. KNOX, J.P. Prect #2 BETTY L.
BURNEY, J. P. Prect # 4 WILLIAM E. RAGSDALE, and J. P. Prect #5
JACK N. BURCH,II, as magistrate for Mental Health Hearings at
the Kerrville State Hospital to be paid for mileage at a rate
of 5.25 per mile on a temporary bases until December 31,
1991.
