AGREEMENT On the 9th day of September, 1991, Commissioners Court voted to accept six ((i) side roads of Wood Trails Subdivision consisting of Mesa Trail, Coral Trail, Ranger Trail, Mustang Trail, Arroya Trail, and Longhorn Trail being approximately 1.379 miles to be maintained by Kerr County.. These were roads that were not taken in by the County in 1987. The County and the property owners hereby agree to the following terms of aweptance: Kerr County will maintain all roads in Wood Trails Subdivision. 2. All roads will be scheduled for maintenance. 3. The upgrading of the Trails taken in by this order will be treated as all other county maintained roads. The upgrading of these will be done in a timely manner so as not to give precedence of these over other county maintained roads. 4. The landowners from this date forward will not be liable for any cost (other than taxes incurred) in upgrading any of these roads. 5. Wood Trails Subdivision Plat does not show drainage easements along the roads (trails) or across any lots. Being thus restricted, Kerr County does not intend to change or correct anything having to do with drainage or water runoff. `r W.G.
