MOTION TO RESCIND ORDER NO. 20245 PASSED ON
MAY 13, 1991, PER THE ELECTED OFFICIAL'S REQUEST
On this the 10th day of June 1991 came on to be considered by
the Court the rescinding of Order No. 20245, passed on May
13, 1991 by the Commissioners' Court, as per the District
Clerk's request, which order reclassified Annetta C. Anderson
and Carrie Whitt.
On motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Morgan, the Court unanimously approved by a vote
of 4-0-0 to rescind Order No. 20245 and said Order is hereby
rescinded.
