Dn this the 1st day of July 1991, Commissioner Lackey moved
to approve the lateral transfer of Tommie C. Huston from the
County Clerk's Office to the Department of Public Safety,
effective July 8, 1991 at Pay Group 15, Step 1, 516,120.00
annually, 51,343.33 monthly, 5671.67 semi-monthly,
Commissioner Oehler seconded the motion. During discussion
Commissioner Morgan made a substitute motion to approve the
lateral transfer of Tommie C. Huston effective July 8, 1991
and salary be based on funds available till October 1, 1991.
