On this the 1st day of July 1991, during the discussion
portion of Order No. 20345 Commissioner Morgan made a
substitute motion to approve the lateral transfer of Tommie
G. Huston to the Department of Public Safety from the County
Clerk's Office effective July 8, 1991 at a salary based on
funds available in the Department of Public Safety line item
until October 1, 1991. Motion was seconded by Commissioner
Holekamp and unanimously approved by a vot• of 4-0-0•
