CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS AND CREATION OF HERDWATERS
UNDERGROUND WATER DISTRICT ELECTION OF NOVEMBER 5,
1991 RETURNS CRNVRSSED RND TABULRTED
On this the 7th day of November 1991, came on to be
considered by the Cour^t the returns to be canvassed, to
determine the results of the Election held on November- 5,
1991, and the Court having canvassed and tab~_ilated the
returns of the Eighteen Election Precincts and the Early
Voting Rox, ar^e of the opinion that said retur^n s, after'
having been opened and canvassed, are tr-ue and correct and
should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded
by Commissioner Lackey, the Court unanimously approved by a
vote of 3-0-0~ that the r•et~arns as canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 8, Page i6 thru 27 Record of Election Returns of Kerr^
County, Texas and as certified thereto by the three (3)
members of the Court, are in all respect approved.
