I have hired Carol Lynn Twiss as a jailer.
Ms. Twiss will begin full time 12/01/91. Her beginning
salary will be 515,342.00 annual, step/grade 14/1, as she is
a certified jailer.
Ms. Twiss has had the required TCLEOSE physical,
psychological and drug screen and are in her personnel file.
This will be the first position filled of the created four
new jailer positions required by the jail commission.
