STATE HOSPITAL
On this the 23rd day of December 1991, upon motion made by Commissioner
Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED
BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0, to approve the salary increase of Betty L. Eurney
from $19,760.00 to $23,360.00 due to an increase of work on probable
cause hearings at the Kerrville State Hospital, effective December 1,
1991, and a budget amendment to be made when it is required to cover
the additional monies needed for the salary increase.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALARY INCREASE OF CERTAIN
ELECTED OFFICAL OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
It is the intention of the commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, to consider
amending the budget to increase the salary of the Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 2
due to the increased workload caused by Mental Health Probable Cause Hearings and
declaring an emergency at a public hearing to be held in the Kerr County Courtroom of
the Kerr County Courthouse on Monday, December 23, 1991, at 10:00 A.M., pursuant to
Chapter 152.013, Local Government Code, and if approved, to be effective December 1,
1991:
