Dn this the 31st day of January 1551, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 the extension
of lease for the property at :323 Earl Garrett for a period of
one (1) year at the same rate as last years lease.
"i'he County Judge is authorized to sign said Extension of
Lease on behalf of Kerr County.
