Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
court unanimously approved by a vot• o! 3-0-0 to upgrade
Philip Karasek to Pay Group 20, Step 1, S20,635.00 annually,
51,719.55 monthly, and 5859.78 semi-monthly, effective July
1, 1991, so all the salaries of the sergeants in the Kerr
County Sheriff's Office are the same.

Effective July 1, 1991 all Patrol Sergeants (3) will be on shift rotation
for cross training purposes. Current salaries are: night patrol Sergeant
$19,161.00 annual and day patrol Sergeant 520,635.00 annual. I would like
to request all Patrol Sergeants salary be placed as step/grade 20/1 -
$20,635.00 annual. The money requested for this change is in my budget.
