RATIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF THE
RESIGNATION OF BRIAN M. FRIEDA AS DEPUTY
SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 20th day of June 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vot• of 3-0-0 that the
resignation of Brian M. Frieda, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr
County, Texas be ratified and confirmed, effective as of June
15, 1991.
Mr. Frieda has 23 hours comp. time and 57 hours vacation time
due him in addition to his June 15th pay check.

Deputy Brian Frieda has turned in his resignation effective June 15,
1991. Mr. Frieda has 23 hours. Coma Time, 40 hours Holiday Time and 57
hours Vacation time. His last physical day on the job will be Saturday,
June S, 1991, using the 4A hours of his Holiday time, which will leave
him a balance of 80 hours to be paid to him, in addition to his June
15th pay check.

I have reached a decision in the me.rter in which I spoke with you about the other day.
We have chose t~ pursue the opurtunity in Co]orado, I will have the chance to try
my hand in the 5mat1 business area, as well as having the opurtunity to get on with the
Colorado State P~ison whine netting on our feet.
I must take the time to say thank you for giving me the opurtunity to work and to
know you and the officers and personel associated with this department.
