ON THE SHERIFF'S RECOMMENDATION RATIFICATION
AND CONFIRMATION OF THE RESIGNATION OF TOMMY RICHTER
On this the 13th day of May 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
court unanimously approved by a vot• o! 4-0-0 to ratify and
confirm the resignation of Tommy Richter, Deputy Sheriff of
Kerr County, effective May 31, 1991, based on the Sheriff's
recommendation.
Mr. Richter has 55 hours vacation time due him in addition to
his regular check payable on May 31, 1991.

I feel at this time I must tender my resignation as Deputy Sheriff
and Jailer due to economic and personal reasons.
I would like to work through the 15th day of May, 1991, then take
vacation time until May 31, 1991. This will make my resignation effective
May 31, 1991.
