APPOINTMENT OF DR. DAVID L. BRYSON AS THE KERR

On this the 21st day of March 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Dehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 that the
resignation of Ur. Harvey Kornblitt as the Kerr County Jail
Doctor be ratified and confirmed, effective as of February
28, 1991, and the Court further approved the appointment of
Ur. David L. Bryson as the Kerr County Jail Doctor, effective
as of March 1, 1991 at 5600.00 per month.

Dr. Harvey Kornblitt has turned in his resignation as jail doctor
effective the end of February, 1991, because of pending retirement and
relocation of residence out of Kerr County.
Dr. David L. grysan TX License E 7013, has agreed to become the Kerr
County Jail Doctor effective March 1, 1991 for the agreed salary of
5600.00 per month.
