CONFIRMATION AND RATIFICATION OF TERMINATION
OF JAC~UE SPECK AS SECRETARY IN THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 11th day of March 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 that the
termination of Jacque Speclc, Secretary in the Sheriff's
Office, Kerr County, Texas be ratified and confirmed
effective March 15, 1991, as per the Sheriff's
recommendation.
Ms. Speck has no vacation or comp time due her.
