RELATING TU ENTERING 1NTU A CONTRACT' WITH THE
KERR COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION
FOR T'HE ADMINISTRATION OF KERR COUNTY'S
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
On this the 25th day oŁ April 1991, came on to be considered
by the Court the entering into a contract with the Kerr
County Economic Development Foundation, a non-profit
organization, for the administration of Kerr County's
Economic Development Program and, it being found by the Court
that the Kerr County Economic Development Foundation has
created a plan which presents a unified effort and approach
to economic development in Kerr County that meets the
requirements of the Kerr County Economic Development Program
and that at the present time this plan, as modified by the
contract attached hereto as Exhibit A, presents the most
economic and efficient method by which Kerr County can
administer its program, IT IS THEREFORE
ORDERED on motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by
Commissioner Holekamp and unanimously approved by a vote of
4-0-0 by the Court that the Kerr County Economic Development
Foundation is hereby authorized to administer the Kerr County
Economic Development Program, subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in the contract attached hereto as
Exhibit A.
