RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN
EGONOMIG DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Dn this the 25th day of April 1991, came on to be considered
by the Court the establishment of an economic development
program for Kerr County and, it being found by the Gourt that
the public interests of the citizens of Kerr County would be
served by the establishment of a program to stimulate,
encourage, and develop business and commercial location and
activity in Kerr Gounty in accordance with, and subject to
the authorization provided by Texas Local Government Code
381.004, IT IS THEREFORE
DRDEREU on motion by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by
Commissioner Holekamp and unanimously approved by a vote of
4-0-0 by the Court that the Kerr County Economic Development
Program is hereby created for the purpose of stimulating,
encouraging, and developing business and commercial location
and activity in the County, and SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
(S7,000.00) is hereby set aside and budgeted for the
development and administration of the Program.

for the development and administration of the Program.
