Un this the 28th day of March 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0 to allocate
57,000.00 from the Contingency Fund for the purpose of
economic development of Kerr County and that said funds be
expended thru a contract with the Economic Development
Foundation. Stan Reid, Assistant County Attorney, is to
prepare the contract Yor Court approval.
(Commissioner Lackey was out of the Courtroom during voting.)
