Un this the 11th day of March 1y91, during the discussion
portion of Urder No. 20130, Commissioner Morgan made a
substitute motion to award the bid contract for Contour Drive
Sewer Project to Bennett Jordan, Ingram, Texas, for a cost of
535,433.00, subject to escrow money or a signed contract from
Jeanelle Apartments and Nimitz Apartments being obtained
prior to letting contract. Said motion failed for lack of a
second.
