IN~~PATION TO BID ADDITIONS TO KERN
hT;RFt COUNTY COURTHOUSE
The Kerr County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for general construction
contract for the additions to the Kerr County Courthouse located in Kerrville, Texas
beginning October 2, 1991. Sealed proposals shall be addresse to the Kerr County
Commissioners Court and will be received at the Kerr County Caimiissioner Court,
700 Main Street, Kerr County Courthouse, Kerrville, Texas until October 11, 1991 at 5:00
P.M. The bids will be opened and read aloud on October 15, 1991 at 1:30 P.M. in the
Cai4nissioners' Court Roan. No bid may be changed, amended or modified by telegram
or otherwise after the same has been su}xnitted or filed in respone to this notice. A bid
may be withdrawn, however, and resulsnitted prior to the time set for receipt of bids.
A cashiers check or certified check payable without recourse to the Kerr County
Commissioners Court, or a Surety Proposal Bond issued by an acceptable surety company
authorized to do business in the state of Texas in an amount of not less than
five percent (50) of the total bid must accompany each bid and performance bond
and payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100) of the contract price will
be required. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject all bids. Information, plans
and specifications may be obtained at the Kerr County Clerk's Office, Kerr County
Courthouse, 700 Main, Kerrville, Texas. General Contractors may obtain one (1) set
of plans and specifications for a deposit of $50.00 each.
Please run this Notice (2) two times. The first on Wednesday October 2,
1991 and Saturday October 5, 1991.
Please bill the Commissioners' Court, 700 Main Street, Kerrville, TX.
