APPROVAL TO PAY A LATE BILL TO GEORGE LOVETT
FOR 20% OF THE TOTAL COST FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND DESIGN OF COURTHOUSE EXPANSION
On this the 25th day of April 1991, Commissioner Lackey made
a motion to approve paying a late bill for 51,380.00 to
George Lovett for 20% of the 7 1/2% design fee on the
estimated construction cost of 592,000.00 for the Courthouse
expansion, subject to the payment following the guidelines in
the contract. Commissioner Oehler seconded the motion.
After discussion the motion was Mithdravn by Commissioner
Lackey.

Dear Mr. Stacy:
Please approve payment to me for the design/development
phase of the courthouse addition design project. You approved
those drawings on April 18, 1991.
This would be 20% of the 7'~% design fee on the estimated
construction cost of $92,000.00, which would make the fee due
to me amount to $1,380.00.
We have delivered to you today a substantial amount of
the next phase of design work, being the working drawings
phase.
Please place me on the agenda for your meeting next
Tuesday, April 30, 1991. At that meeting, I expect to present
to you completed working drawings and specifications for your
detailed review.
