Courthouse:
Due to the fact that all of the bids exceeded the anticipated and
budgeted expenditure for the construction at the Courthouse, we are
going to give all official bidders an opportunity to resubmit their
bids.
There will be an opportunity for all bidders to meet with the
architect and discuss any questions that you may have regarding
details of construction. Hopefully, this will give you an opportunity
and basis for reevaluaton of your bids.
All bids must be delivered to the County Clerk's office at the Kerr
County Courthouse by the new closing date for submission of bids,
October 11, 1991, at 5:00 P.M. with opening of bids on October 15,
1991, at 1:30 P.M.
