THE COURTHOUSE
On this the 18th day of March 1551, during the discussion
portion o2 Order No. 2~D177 Commissioner Morgan made a
substitute motion to hire Burt C. Holdsworth, Architect, for
overseeing and designing office space in the basement parking
area of the Courthouse. Commissioner Holekamp seconded the
motion. Judge Stacy tailed for a vote on Order No. 2~D177,
Commissioner's Oehler and Lackey voted "AYE", and
Commissioner's Morgan and Holekamp voted "NAY" and the vote
was tied. Judge Stacy called for a vote on Urder No. 21d17t4,
Commissioner's Morgan and Holekamp voted "AYE", and
Commissioner's Oehler and Lackey voted "NAY" and the vote was
tied. Judge Stacy after consideration cast his vote as "AYE"
on Urder No. G~D17'I for the hiring of George Lovett, which
caused this order to fail with a vote of 2-0-3.
