OVERSEEING AND DESIGNING OFFICE SPACE IN
THE BASEMENT' PARKING AREA OF' 'I'RE LUUH'I'HUUSE
On this the Zt3th day oY March 19y1, Commissioner Oehler made
a motion to hire George Lovett, Architect, for overseeing and
designing office space in the basement parking area of the
Courthouse. Commissioner Lackey seconded the motion. During
discussion Commissioner Morgan made a substitute motion to
hire Burt C. Holdsworth, which was seconded by Commissioner
Holekamp. Judge Stacy called for a vote on this motion.
Commissioner's Oehler and Lackey voted "AYE", and
Commissioner's Morgan and Holekamp voted "NA's" and the vote
was tied. Judge Stacy called fur a vote on the substitute
motion. Commissioners' Morgan and Holekamp voted "AYE", and
Commissioners' Oehler and Lackey voted "NAY. Judge Stacy,
after consideration, cast his vote as "AYE" for hiring George
Lovett and this motion was approved by a majority vote of
3-0-2.
