INC * = Client of Petroleum Funds TOT. GALLONS-> 45,971,170 POPULATION-> 505,185 Average gallons per captia consumed in TEXAS = 45,971,170 / 505,185 = 91.00 gal., multiplied by 35,000 (population of the applicant's county), equals 3.184.953 total estimated gallons~of all petroleum products consumed by the applicant. Average annual consumption = 3,184,953 divided by 7.44 years equals 428.085 gallons per year. We feel this is a conservative estimate. Many of the above referenced applicants had no records and claimed only volumes furnished to them in a branded refined product proceed- ing. Therefore many of their puchase volumes from oil companies who were not involved in a refund process were not claimed. We ]mow this to be a fact in over 80~ of the cases filed by Petroleum Funds, Inc. I do hereby swear that the information contained on this page is true to the best of my )mowledge and belief.
