Un this the 24th day of January 1951, in Special Session of
the Commissioners' Court, came on for examination the
tduarterly keport of Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of
-- Kerr County, Texas, for the period beginning October 1, 1990
and ending December 31, 1990, and the same having been
examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the
'Preasurer has received for account and credit and paid out of
each of said funds as reflected in the report and during the
period above stated, are found correct as therein shown. It
is therefore ordered by the Court that said report be, and
the same is hereby approved and the Clerk of the Court is
heret~y ordered to file same in the record accounts of said
Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Morgan, and unanimously approved by a vote of
4-0-0 by the Court.
