Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to appoint Jack
Burch as Justice of the Peace, Precinct #5, until the next
General Election in November 1992, at which time Mr. Burch
will have to run Łor the unexpired term.
