On this the 11th day of February 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to transfer
5140.00 from Line Item No. 10-435-20b, Insurance-Liability,
to Line Item No. 10-435-485, Conferences, in the 216th
District Court.

Tommy Tomlinson, County Auditor, presented a budget amendment
for Constable, Justice Precinct #2, far an additional 52x14.80
for his capital outlay line item for the purchase of a bullet
proof vest. T'he Court refused the request based on the fact
that the Constable ask for 5265.00 during the budget process
""' stating he could purchase the vest for that price.
