Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to transfer
5140.00 from Line Item No. 10-435-206, Insurance-Liability,
to Line Item No. 10-435-485, Conferences, in the 216th
District Gourt.

Tommy Tomlinson, L`ounty Auditor, presentEad a budget amendment
for Constable, Justice Precinct #2, for an additional 5104.80
for his capital outlay line item for the purchase of a bullet
proof vest. T'he Court refused the request based on the fact
that the Constable ask for S265.00 during the budget process
"" stating he could purchase the vest for that price.

Monday, January 21, 1991, Special Session on January 24,
1991, and Special Session on January 31, 1991.
