On this the 11th day of February 19`il, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commisioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote oY 4-0-0 to grant a
variance from Kerr County Subdivision Rules & Regulations to
permit Granada Springs Ranch, Inc. to transfer 170 acres out
of Granada Springs Ranch on Upper Turtle Creek Road, located
in Commissioner's Precinct No. 1, to Angel and Richard
Bartlett.

Sheriff Frances Kaiser and Deputy trusty Hierholzer addressed
the Court regarding Rusty Hierholzer overseeing all computer
operations. Deputy Hierholzer said the daily incremental
tapes and the weekly full file saves were taking to much of
his time and he needed to devote more time to his deputy
duties. He spent twenty hours one day on a full file save
when the system did not go right. Each save has to be run
and then verified that everything was copied. Deputy
Hierholzer and the Sheriff requested that the Court find a
qualified person with sufficient tiros to devote to the saves
and the verifications.
The Judge said to leave it in the Commissioners' Court's
hands, they would find a solution and chNCk with each Elected
Gfficial before making a final decision.
