Game Warden Bill Robinson of Parks and Wildlife, and a group of humeownere in Guadalupe Heights addressed the Court concerning discharging firearms at Flat Rock Dam, sending ricocheting bullets near the homes located there. Lt. Robinson said if it is on private property, the owner can file a criminal trespass complaint, but if it is from the riverbed then they are on public property. Most of the shooting comes from property owned by i~herokee Hume for Children. They are willing to cooperate by placing "No 'T'respassing" signs on their property. Signs will also be posted near Guadalupe Heights Subdivision at a former county road. Judge Stacy told the group that the court sympathized with the problem and they would consult with the County Attorney's oflice to see what the Court could do.
