At present they are only responding to bite nails and it is taking a fourth of their time with most calls occurring nights and weekends. The Court told Mr. Litke no co iris request at this time. No action was taken thru Court. ,j The Court discussed future needs for solid waste and the possibility of having a regional problem if the surrounding counties ran out of landfill. The Court also decided each Commissioner would meet with the Volunteer Fire Departments in their Precincts, rather than a joint meeting with all the departments to discuss any problems. Judge Stay reported that the Assistant County Attorney was looking into the County takiny over Tivy Mountain by eminent domain so the County can give it to someone to care for.
