present and the Court having duly opened, the following
proceedings were had:

CONCURRENCE WITH THE MAYOR OF KERRVILLE
TO SIGN LAND PURCHASE AGREEMENT ANU APPROVAL
TU EHPENU NECESSARY FUNDS
On this the 14th day of February 1951, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 for the Kerr
County JudgE=, in concurrence with the Mayor of Kerrville, to
sign a land purchase agreement to acquire 25.25 acres from
Earl H. Wellborn for 5118,000.00 Yor airport improvement.
The Court :further approves the expenditure of funds from
account #4b - 5100,000.00 and #47 - 518,000.

Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to adjourn.
