unable to attend due to a death in the family, kobert Sims,
kick Million, who did not show, and Mary. Walter, who declined
due to acceptance of another position. No appointment was
made pending the interview with Mr. F'ar me~r next week.

Court unanimously approved by a vote o£ 4-0-0 to postpone any
decision on i.he resume's from architects until the March 11,

Un this the 18th day of F'ebruaty 1551, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
~.:ourt unanimously approved by a vote o£ 4-0-0 the preliminary
and Final plat of Lovelace Addition, Lots 1 and 2, with no
variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct #1.
All improvements to be made shall comply with the existing
KERk i;UUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES ANG REGULA"P10NS" that became
effective January 1st, 1584 and all current amendments
thereto.
