APPROVAL OF A NEW AIRPORT EASEM6N"C LOCATION

On this the 28th day of February 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, secc;nded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 the new airport
easement location 2or the Hill Country telephone Cooperative,
Inc. buried t.e lephone line with the concurrence of the City
Council.

Mr. Bill Goerrtz and Mr. Phil Neigt,bors gave the Court an
update on tt,e Economic Development of Kerr County and the
start of team readiness.
C:o mmrssioner Oehler reported that Precinct 4 had finalized
~~' three (3> protects, Mo kanch, Guadalupe Hanch Estates, and
the bridge repair on River Road, and will start Kelly Creek
on Monday, with Masters Construction doing the work.
Lomma.ssioner Lackey said he had received several good
comments on 5toneleigh Road and Camp Verde Road in Precinct
~. which had been cleaned and cleared.
Commissioner Holekamp commended the three (3) man crew who
did an exceptional job on Wilson Creek Westwood and Wilson
Creek Western portion in Precinct .i.
Commissioner Morgan told tt,e Court that the road crew would
began work on that portion o1 Ranchero Road in front of
Nimitz School next week during Spring Break and hopefully
would complete the work in the one (1) week. Uellie Voelkel
is doing the 2igures on an estimate of the cost of
engineering services and estimate on ccuistruction for all of
Ranchero koad.
