On this the 11th day of March 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimouŽly approved by a vote of 4-0-0 that the
declination of Monroe Schlabach, Constable, Justice Precinct
#4 of Kerr County, Texas be ratified and confirmed, effective
as of this date.

MOTION TU AWARD THE BID CONTRACT FOR THE
CONTOUR DRIVE SEWER PROJECT TO BENNETT JORDAN,
INGRAM, TEXAS FOR A COST OF 535,433.00
Un this the 11th day of March 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, with
Commissioner's Oehler and Lackey, and Judge Stacy voting

"AYE", and Commissioner's Morgan and Holekamp "ABSTAINING",
said motion to award the bid contract for the Contour Drive
Sewer Project to Bennett Jordan, Ingram, Texas for a cost of
535,433.00, contingent upon submittal of performance and
payment bonds and insurance, was approved by a ms~ority vote
of 3-0-2.
