On this the 11th day of March 1991 came on to be considered
by the Court the placing of Esther R. Garza, a regular
part-time employee, on the County Retirement System. It was
determined that Mrs. Garza has completed ten (lv~i years with
the County as a lull time employee prior to becoming a
regular part-time employee, and is fully vested in the
retirement system. Therefore on motion made by Commissioner
tiolekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to place Esther R.
"' Garza on the County Retirement System.

Commissioner Holekamp, ceconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to authorize
the Ferr County Sheriff to apply for a grant from the Alamo
Area council oI Government IAALUGi for the funding of a
Juvenile Peace Office, contingent to the position being fully
Yunded by the AACUG Grant and the position lasting only as
lung as the grant is available.
