On this the 21st day o2 Marv-h 1991, upon motion made 6y
,.;ommissioner Hoiekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0 to pay a late
bill to MasterCard for the Kerr County Jail and the Kerr
County Sheriff's OEŁice.
The County "t'reasurer and the County Auda.tor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for 5397.81 made payable to
IasterCard.

Mr. bill 'llrcker, State Department of Highways And Yu61ic
~ Transportation, addressed the Court on the Indian Creek
eZO~.jl.l Bridge, requesting reconfirmation that. the Gourt is still
~ willin to fund its
g portion oI the protect cost. 7'he Highway
Department is consideriny two alternatives. Une alternative
involves a bridge that crosses the river at an angle for a
~ cost of approximately 51.11,000.00 plus the expense of the
Right of Way. 7"he other alternative calls for a new bridge
parallel to the old bridge for a cost o2 approximately
Sy9, 100. 00 plus the expense of the kight of Way. Mr. Tucker
ask the Court to notify the Department in writa.ng iY they are
still interested in participating and wY,ich alternative they
wish them to pursue.
.2 Mr. David Sheets, representing Mr. bhel~ton, and Charles
Domingues, as engineer on the project, addressed the Court on
tt,e County furnishing culverts Łor the River Road Protect.
Mr. bhelton is to present to the Court in writing that he
will have tt~e culverts Installed and how they are to be
installed.
